About our Services
1. AllTheLogos. As a commitment to our users, we currently provide you with access to a large searchable database of logos, signs, coats of armor and countries flags. Researchers, journalists and ‘logo enthusiasts’ can use AllTheLogos to study the evolution of the logo as a symbol of pop culture or the specific evolution of a company and its trademark. Trademark owners can use the services in order to promote their products/services and brand image. Finally graphic designers can use the signs, flags and lastly logos provided they first receive express permission of the holder of the copyright or trademark of that logo.

2. Service Limitations. We will do our best to make your experience with AllTheLogos a pleasurable one. However, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data or other service interruptions. For this reason, you agree that AllTheLogos, including the services of our third party service providers, are provided "AS IS." AllTheLogos and our third party service providers cannot assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings.

3. Service Changes and Discontinuation. AllTheLogos reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time without notice. You agree that AllTheLogos will not be liable to You or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

All logos available on the website are trademarks of their respective owners, and are offered as a convenience for their lawful use only, with proper permission from the copyright or trademark holders.

1. Use of Logos and Trademarks. Downloading or receiving files from this site does NOT give you authorization or permission to use the copyrighted logos without the specific consent of the copyright or trademark holder. Before you use in any manner any logo found on this site, you must first receive the express permission of the holder of the copyright or trademark of that logo. Note that noncommercial use of copyrighted material or use of logos and trademarks in all forms of news reporting and news commentary is allowed under the Lanham Act.

AllTheLogos makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, (v) that your email or voicemail messages will not be lost, and (vi) any errors in the software will be corrected.
